FAQ’s

What time is check-in/out?
Can I get an early check-in, late ck-out Normal check-in is 5pm, normal check-out is 11am. If you request an early check-in or late check-out the owners will do everything they can to accommodate you and is greatly dependent on surrounding bookings.

What is supplied at the homes?     
For stay’s shorter than 1 month, you can expect trashbags, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner and hand soap at each vacation rental. Each house has a selection of spices for cooking and several condiments as well. Each home has linens, fully equipped kitchens including a blender, toaster, mixer, microwave, pots, pans, etc..

How do I access wifi?
Each home has wifi, the user/pass info is at the home.

How do I get keys?
Once we receive your final payment we will send you a code to access the lock box and location information for the lock box which holds the keys to the house.

Is there garage access?
Ridges home has a two car garage with access for your convenience, we ask all bikes remain in the garage.
The rest of the homes do not have garage access.

When will I receive my security deposit back?
We do our best to get your security refund back to you within a couple business days.

Pets and Pet fees
We love dogs and are glad you can travel with them, we charge a small pet fee of $40 per dog to cover the additional cleaning due to shedding, nose prints, extra dirt/mud etc…Some dogs are cleaner than others, we have refunded customers a partial amount when we felt they were extra clean, but please know we also find long-hair dogs simply take extra time, it would not be fair for the next guest to experience dog hair in corners, on bed skirts etc… We also will take additional costs out of your security deposit if dog hair is found on comforters, furniture etc…And especially if you have not picked up after your pet outside. We do not allow cats.
